The R&D laboratories are equipped with modern synthesis workstations, kilo-labs, and pilot-scale equipment, enabling evaluation of multiple routes and efficient technology transfer through our in-house pilot plant, guided by internal best practices under the “PRODIGY” framework. Our expertise in polymorphs, purification technologies, including crystallization, chromatography, and fractional distillation, ensures consistent product quality and purity.

Our Intellectual Property Management (IPM) framework integrates deep scientific understanding with strong legal and regulatory insight to protect innovation across the product lifecycle. Working closely with R&D , business teams and customers, our IPM specialists ensure that every development program is supported by a clear, defensible, and globally aligned patent strategy.
We actively manage patent landscaping, freedom-to-operate (FTO) assessments, and risk evaluations at early stages of process and route development, enabling informed decision-making and mitigation of IP risks. Our capabilities extend to drafting and coordinating patent filings with International IP attorneys.
A strong emphasis is placed on process patents, impurity controls, polymorphs, and novel manufacturing routes, helping create sustainable IP positions while supporting early & timely commercialization. Through continuous monitoring of competitive patents and regulatory exclusivities, we ensure long-term protection and value creation for both in-house programs and customer-owned assets.
